At Seitatolo Electrical and Projects, we believe in giving back to the communities where we operate. As a 100% Black Owned company, community upliftment is at the heart of everything we do. Here are some of the projects we have been proud to support.
Rustenburg, North West Province
Seitatolo Electrical and Projects launched a comprehensive skills training programme aimed at empowering unemployed youth and adults in the Rustenburg area. The programme provides hands-on training in basic electrical work, safety practices, and tool handling, giving participants practical skills that open doors to employment in the mining and construction sectors. Over 120 community members have completed the programme, with many going on to secure permanent positions in the industry.

Recognising the critical role that education plays in community development, Seitatolo partnered with local schools to provide free electrical installations and infrastructure upgrades. This project included wiring classrooms, installing security lighting, upgrading switchboards, and ensuring that all electrical systems meet SANS compliance standards. The initiative has benefited five schools in the region, creating safer learning environments for thousands of learners.

Our Youth Development & Mentorship Programme focuses on guiding young people from disadvantaged backgrounds towards meaningful careers in the electrical and mining industries. Through partnerships with local FET colleges and industry leaders, we provide mentorship, career guidance, internship placements, and bursary support. The programme has helped over 80 young people gain industry certifications and find employment, contributing to the economic transformation goals of our community.
